Mataram NTB (POSTLOMBOK.COM) – Panitia seleksi (Pansel) Bank NTB Syariah melibatkan head hunter dari Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (LPPI). Hal ini sebagai upaya mewujudkan kepengurusan yang berintegritas dan profesional.
Sekretaris Pansel Prof Riduan Mas’ud mengatakan, keterlibatan head hunter ini menunjukkan komitmen dari Gubernur NTB sebagai pemegang saham pengendali (PSP) untuk menjadikan bank daerah ini semakin baik.
“Dari penegasan Pak Gubernur, beliau ingin mendapatkan figur terbaik untuk memimpin Bank NTB Syariah,” katanya, Senin (28/4).
Dijelaskan, pansel pengurus Bank NTB Syariah resmi membuka pendaftaran, bagi calon direksi, komisaris dan dewan pengawas syariah sejak Kamis 24 April lalu. Pendaftaran terbuka untuk umum untuk seluruh Indonesia.
“Dapat mendaftar secara offline maupun online,” bebernya.
Lebih lanjut, calon pimpinan Bank NTB Syariah harus dari kalangan profesional. Sosok ini sekaligus diharapkan sanggup membawa kemajuan, nantinya Bank NTB Syariah lebih maju lagi.
“Begitu pula untuk sosok komisaris yang ada di dalamnya,” ucapnya.
Lebih jauh, nantinya LPPI akan menyerahkan 25 nama kepada pansel untuk diseleksi kembali, sebelum akhirnya nama-nama yang dianggap layak memimpin Bank NTB Syariah itu diserahkan kepada Gubernur Lalu Muhamad Iqbal.
Pendaftaran calon pengurus Bank NTB Syariah dibuka mulai 24 – 30 April 2025 pukul 23:59 WITA. Para pelamar dipersilahkan mendaftar dengan melengkapi persyaratan yang sudah ditentukan.
Sebelumnya Gubernur NTB Lalu Muhamad Iqbal mengatakan, pelibatan head hunter dalam seleksi untuk memastikan proses rekrutmen berlangsung objektif dan menghasilkan calon yang benar-benar kompeten.
“Kita libatkan head hunter profesional untuk pastikan kita mendapatkan pilihan-pilihan terbaik nantinya,” tegasnya.
Melalui kerja sama dengan lembaga penyeleksi independen, pansel akan menjalankan proses seleksi dengan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan meritokrasi.(*)
